White line on copy ir c 3200

I have a Canon ir c3200. Can anyone tell me why I am getting a white line running horizontally on copies? Predominantly on blue.

Chances are you need a cyan drum unit. I can help you if you need some assistance. I have cyan drums in stock.

    Oops.

    Your not in the states.

Buy a cyan drum and that will solve your problem.

horizontally Predominantly on copier & prints (not off glass) ?? post copies of some of the issues-------
are u trained on model ??

white line can be from various issues--Optical Assembly , DRUMS--ITB TRANSFER-(broken gear, ITB belt, clean blade, paper dust) FUSER surface,Laser)

u won't believe that techs describe location issues wrong----

I always ask >is it Paper Feed(sub scan) or Cross-Feed(main scan)
