Are you referring to the 3 V shapped marks on your sample? remove & inspect the ITB could have a small mark etc.
Thanks for Response Canon.Tech
the v marks are from me to see better the thin lines..TransferBelt replaced earlier..no luck
sometimes all good next time maybe 30 thin lines all over the prints.
Replaced parts with no luck: Black Drum-TransferBelt-Sec.Transfer-Belt Cleaning Blade
Other solutions welcome
Firmware level? Put in the newest firmware to start. I have seen fixing/feeder drawer open/close sensor(photo interrupt) cause noise to the dcon and create laser issues. Old bulletin about this. Change the photo interrupt. Post a grid test print, and separate test page 5 for each color. P print with a ram clear would be next. Sample orientation....LTR,LTRR,A4,A4R....???Put an arrow on samples to show lead edge/paper direction. Does it do it on just copies?Prints also? Need more info
You say the line only appears when printing black? or are you saying the line is black?
Could be the another drum leaving the line, as it’s very fine it may look like it’s black.
Does it happen on prints, copies or both?
PG-10 is your best friend on the canon color's
Weird?! By chance is that Magenta example run LTR direction or LTR-R ? and had you set it to use only the Magenta alone on that printout ?
