    Ir4570 scanned image have back ground

    NOW I AM FACING PROBLEM THAT. THE SCANNED IMAGE HAVE BACK GROUND - GOT DOTS WHOLE PAGE-. ( NO SAMPLE IMAGE ATTACHED.) IT ALSO SAME WITH FAX FUNCTION. FOR COPY AND PRINTING THE PROBLEM APPEARS. FOR MORE DETAILS. IT SAME EVEN USING DADF AND PLATEN GLASS.

    FIRST I THOUGHT IT FROM THE DIRTY CIS (SCANNER) I CLEANS IT BUT STILL THE SAME. IF YOU SAY THE READER PCB, HOW IT OK FOR COPY AND PRINTING? SO I HAVE NO IDEA. I TRIED REDUCE THE DENSITY ALSO.

    PLEASE HELP, I AM URGENT.THANKS.

    Try this: Remove, inspect and clean drum unit; possibility of defective cleaner assembly spilling toner. Auto clean the fixing unit.

    Background appears on all copies from the glass and internal prints.


    look at this setting

    When background appears on all copies and prints,
    check the settings under COPIER>ADJUST>DEVELOP and confirm a setting of +115 to +120.

    If the setting is at -85 to +30
    > change the setting to reflect the above numbers.



    Point>
    when scanning images----Scan originals in Text/Photo Mode & Increase the resolution above 600 dpi

    Happening on your scans as well? Copier > Adjust > CCD > ccd-adj and df-wlvl1/2 been run?
