iR2520 paper jam

A distant customer complains about occasional paper jam from second & third cassette of a iR2520.

I am attaching the pic he sent me.

Copier is pretty new (23.000 copies).

Other than paper rollers - is there any other known issue with extra cassettes option causing these jams ?

Check if Actuator Flag is getting stuck

got a pic of that flag to show to customer by email ?

jam codes - hemm...

I asked him and he politely replied : " I don't speak jam language"

Yeah add extra spring wrap...done it on a few. Seen issues with plastic clutches also on main unit. Clean clutches with alcohol

Customer finally sent jam codes:

0202 & 0203 were dominating the field.

I guess a can of compressed air & feed rollers might solve the problems.
