    Hi,
Try to use other application to get scanned image such as office, adobe acrobat...
From that you can verify the problem come from whether network scangear or paperport
    Good luck

Try with others program to scan.

Foxit is what I've been using for a while. Doesn't follow links in pdf's, doesn't phone home. Loads quickly, isn't a pig like acrobat.

When you install scan gear onto a 64 bit system,it installs 32 bit version and runs in 32 bit compatability mode. Could be your issue. Try imaging with Capture Perfect

    Hi,

Try look for a keyword "batch"? Used fiddle with this software years ago and it used to have it but now seldom have opportunity use it.
