    iR 4570 - Printing disabled

Hi, I have a Canon Ir4570 and i think the print function is disabled. If I print any page from the pc via usb cable, the led on the printer blinking for some seconds and any page are printed. In the additional function menu there isn't any reference to the print function.
The printer was in a office and I think some functions are disabled. Can you help me to able the print??

    Thanks!
    Roberto

    Hi

I don't think the print function was disabled.

For this case please try to change cable or re-install printer driver thought can solve the problem.

    Good luck

Reinstall the printer driver; preferably UFRII LT then retry. There's also a possibility of document left in the print memory by previous user, check this and clear the memory.

What's listed under the print log? Any failed jobs there along with what code?

Ok I think it's wrong driver
maybe driver in your computer the machine not support

    method to check are
    1. Press counter check button
    2. Device configuration
    3. Check what kind of driver that your machine support ex. PS PCL UFRII

install driver that your machine supported
    enjoy it!
