    The following is very important.

    1.3.1
    Type Settings 0007-2908
Make country/region settings of the FAX board in service mode (FAX>Type>TYPE).With the settings, parameter will be set to meet the communication standards for each country/region.
    1.3.2
    Basic Settings 0007-2909
In this section, make only minimum settings required for FAX communication.- User Phone NumberAdditional Function Key > [Communications Settings] > [User Settings] >[Unit Telephone #] > Enter fax number > [OK]- Telephone Line TypeAdditional Function Key > [Communications Settings] > [User Settings] >
[Tel Line Type] > Select a type of line connection > [OK]

Thank you for you answer. I've checked that already, and I have to inform everyone that the problem is solved. I connected phone line to Line 2 instead on Line 1, and everything works out of the box.
