If after doing the Copier>Function>CST adjustment did u do this ???
When performing the paper size adjustments COPIER>FUNCTION>CST>C3-STMTR, COPIER>FUNCTION>CST>C3-A4R, COPIER>FUNCTION>CST>C4-STMTR, and COPIER>FUNCTION>CST>C4-A4R a value of 0 is displayed instead of the correct value.
This model requires paper to be in the tray in order to perform the adjustment.
If no paper is in the tray a value of 0 will be displayed.
If the cassette still does not register a size, replace the sensor PCB for the cassette 3 or 4. The part number for the sensor PCB is FM2-3786-000.
After replacing the Sensor PCB, perform the Copier>Function> CST adjustment. Make sure you cycle the power switch to store the new adjustment.
Also make sure the Copier> Option > Body>model SZ2 is set correctly and Copier>Option>User >Size Detection is set.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
Check for paper behind the cassette...with no paper size displayed it looks like machine doesn't know cassette is closed. If it was a lifter issue,it would show paper size but ask to load paper
Finally, the problem was over
Thanks for teckat & Canuck, I combined solution from you guys ..
First, I do this (from teckat):
If after doing the Copier>Function>CST adjustment did u do this ???

If no paper is in the tray a value of 0 will be displayed.

but later, the paper was always jamming ..
The solution (from Canuck):
Check for paper behind the cassette...with no paper size displayed it looks like machine doesn't know cassette is closed. If it was a lifter issue,it would show paper size but ask to load paper

finally the problem was actually solved .. (hopefully no more)
