I believe you have RUI or the toolbox.

I don't think you can have short cut icon to any address book on any imageRunner.

Ive only got a 5065 plugged in at the moment but I could drag a shortcut to the address book onto my desktop the address it links to is...

I expect a 1028 might be a different address but give it a try :-)
