Was under the impression these would scan to jump drive on the side of display? I have installed three that have universal send on them in more location. Does it need something else? Or am I not looking in the right area....I can't find it under the send tab.....help!

To enable the machine to work with the USB memory stick perform the following steps:

    1. Go into Additional Functions > System Settings.
    2. Scroll down to screen 3 of 4 and press the USB settings button.
    3. Set "Use USB Device" to On.
    4. Set "Use USB Host" to On.
    5. Set "Use MEAP Driver for USB Input Device" to Off.
    6. Set "Use MEAP Driver for USB External Disk Device" to Off.
    7. Power the machine off and back on.

Note: The above settings will not take effect until the machine is powered off and back on.

Verify that the USB option has been setup correctly by looking at the Mail Box tab. It should now say USB under the words Mail Box.

    Re: IR3235

You've gone through and done the steps that I had posted the 2nd post I believe it is?

You can print files of a maximum size of 2 GB. 1. Press [Mail Box].
    2. Press [Memory Media].
    3. Select the memory media → press [Open].
    4. Select the document to print → press [Print].
    5. To print a PDF, JPEG or TIFF file, select the paper size, press [Done].
    6. Press [Start Print].

In order for this function to work, you will need the following items. Please pay attention to the notes for each item since requirements may be different for specific models.

    PS Print Kit- AA1 2729B002AA 1, 2, 3

Note 2: Requires the PCL Printer Kit-AA1.
