    Angry iR5075 E004 - 0103

I have a problem with my iR5075 machine that has 110 V. but already plugged into a voltage of 220 V, so the power supply becomes damaged. But after replacing the power supply, the machine can loading till full but there is an error 004-0103. I have checked IH Power Suply and there is broken fuse. I've replaced the fuse but when I powered on the machine the fuse broken again.
    I really need the solution.
    What will happen when I pluggin 110 V's mechine to 220 V? .....
    Thank you for your solution.
    Thank you.

You have applied twice as much voltage as that device was meant to have.

lucky that you did not get a big explosion

    Error Code E004-0103

E004 is caused either by a fault in the power supplied to the fuser assembly or a breakdown of a component inside the fuser assembly.
0103 = The IH current is faulty. (no current)

UFR Heating Element - did u check this

    2-AC Driver PCB

    check the heating element...
sure that was damage after you plug it to 220.
For additional: check the PCB with white and black wires connected to fixing assembly see if there is any parts burn or open fuse...

Thank you for your respons. Honestly, I don't understand circuit diagram. Is that diagram for power supply? I am still purchasing Fixing Heater Power Supply PCB. hopefully by replacing it the problem solved. thank you.

I don't see anywhere where you say you changed upper fixing roll assembly(Film/belt with heater) or that you cleared error in service mode. About 500 bucks just for that upper assembly. 220 instead of 110?Pour water on it and call your insurance company
