    test 6 en imagepress c6000 movido el color amarillo

    hola a todos, la prueba 6 (test 6) esta movido el color amarillo, no registran todos los colores exactamente, hay algún tipo de ajuste o que puede estar ocasionando este problema

    En modo de servicio en COPIER--FUNCTION--LASER--LD-ADJ-Y te puede ayudar a corregir el desfase del laser para el color amarillo.

    La posición inicial ITB se determina mediante la detección de la superficie reflectante en el borde de la ITB con el ITB HP sensor inferior (PS101) o el sensor superior ITB (PS102) como se muestra en el siguiente diagrama. Se trata de una superficie reflectante blanca que se encuentra en la parte trasera debajo de la cinta ITB que obviamente puede ensuciarse con el tiempo. Si la superficie reflectante se ensucia, se puede calcular mal la posición inicial ITB y por lo tanto afecta el registro del borde delantero.     The ITB home position is determined by detecting the reflecting surface on the edge of the ITB with the ITB HP lower sensor (PS101) or the ITB upper sensor (PS102) as shown in the diagram below. This is a white reflecting surface that resides on the rear underneath the ITB belt which obviously can get dirty in time. If this reflective surface is dirty, it can miscalculate the ITB home position and therefore affect the lead edge registration. Clean this reflective surface and the ITB home position sensor mentioned here.

The following service mode setting COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > GRID-ADJ will print out a 4 color grid on one 11X17 sheet. This test page is executed via analog development which means it does not use the lasers. This is a convenient tool to determine if the image quality issue at hand is caused by development or it is a laser problem. Below is a sample of the grid that prints on the 11X17 showing bands of all 4 colors on a single 11X17.

    Note
    : You must set Drawer 1 to 11X17 and assign the paper type PLAIN Paper or else an NG will display.
