    Canon iradv C5035 error E020-0104

I have a machine recently installed. It was Demo used about 95,000 count. After about 3 days of use it started giving the error code E020-0104. If you reboot the machine it will work for about 5-9 days then error again. Its about 2hrs away from my location and my last visit I cleaned the patch sensor and reseated the processing unit. Everything worked fine and now its been 9 days. The machine has the same error again today. Has anyone seen this issue and have a solution. Like I said its 2 hrs away, so to minimize trips an exact fix would save time and money

Hi,this error is about the yellow color . The final code 04 is correct. The drum is new,the sensor AIR is clean. Say more about the problem.

Its probably one of 3 things:1.. The shutter for the patch sensor(long black plastic piece is broken,or broken at solenoid...remove it to keep it running)2... The propeller shaped gear on the dev to drive the cylinder is broke(spins on shaft),or...3..white coupling at rear that drives the black prop gear is broken
