These are samples of other Techs findings, hope it helps.
Symptom
Jam history shows jam code 1320 in the finisher.
Cause
It has been found that the inlet sensor PS3 can cause 1320 jam code.
Action
Check the sensor in service mode COPIER > IO > SORTER > PO24 > BIT13 > 1 indicates paper present. Also make sure the entrance guide is not bent. PS3 is a reflector type of sensor. Part number for the sensor (WG8-5736-000).
Symptom
Error code E532, E566 and jam code 1320 are occurring alternately.
On the Finisher Fuse PCB at connector J413, 24 volts DC is measured at pin 2 to ground and pin 3 to ground. Zero volts would be a normal reading at pin 2 to ground and pin 3 to ground. The Finisher Fuse PCB had been replaced.
A resistance measurement of zero ohms at J413, pins 2 and 3 for the Stapler Safety microswitches (MSW5 and MSW6) proved good.
Cause
In this case, a very high resistance was measured at J414 of the Finisher Fuse PCB for microswitch MSW1 - the Finisher Front Door switch. A zero ohm resistance measurement at J414 is a good reading.
Action
Replacing MSW1 (FM2-5751-000) resolved the service issue for the finisher.
Symptom
When the iR is powered on it displays a 1320 jam.
Cause
The 1320 jam is produced because the saddle stitch controller is missing 24vdc at connector J203. The connection was loose at the rear of the saddle stitch unit. The connector is at the cable holder. The connection is made through cable holder this can be found on Figure Q13 item number 11 in the V1 / V2 parts manual... .. .. .. .. .. ..
thanks for reply.....
