    Copy screen missing

    Hello

I have an irc3380 that does not have the copy screen. The screen that comes up is the send screen. I have had some of them come up without the scanning screen but this is the first time I could not copy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance

    You can try this.
By default, the LCD Control Panel will always display the Copy screen after booting. This is called the Initial Function and can be changed if needed.

How to Change the Initial Function:

    1. Press the Additional Functions button.

    2. Hit Custom Common Settings or Common Settings.

    3. Select the Initial Function option.

    4. You will now see the options for the Initial Function. Select which button you would like as your default screen. Depending on the imageRUNNER model and the options installed, you will be able to set the default screen to Send, Mailbox, Fax, etc.

    5. Press OK, then Done 2x.

    6. You may need to reboot the machine to verify that the changes have taken effect.

    Re: Copy screen missing

    Hello

I tried this. The copy and print options are just not there. Usually I see across the top copy send print and possiblely scan. On these machines I only see send. If I press the arrow button it goes to the MEAP page and then back to the send screen. I never see copy or print.

    Any other suggestions?

It's as though someone disabled the copying ability of the machine. Has anyone seen this type of problem?
