    IR6570 e020 000

    hi everybody,
    my ir6570 displaying e020 000,
    the toner from bottle toner don't going down to the developing automatically,
    i have checked this part,
    - hopper motor is ok,
    - hopper stiring motor is ok,
    - bottle toner cover sensor is ok,
    so to make toner go down to developing i have to install toner on service mode twice or three time,
    service mode-function-install-toner,
    could anybody help me to solve this?

    Replace TD sensor.

    First check the connector of the dev. toner sensor for any fault in the connection e.g poor or lose contact.
    You may also need to replace either of the dev or hopper toner sensor or both. Thoroughly cleaning or blowing dust off the sensors, for a start isn't a bad idea.

    E020 error can be caused if the flat spot on the 42 Tooth Gear in the Hooper Drive Assembly becomes rounded off. The part number for the Gear is FU6-0728-000.
