Hi Falah,
If I am not mistaken,
Most firmware can be downloaded directly from Canon's web site.
Just go to Canon U.S.A. : Firmware Updates this should get you to where you need to be to get the firmware for our copier.
If not you can send them an email with the model & Serial number info and I am sure they can help you get the right firmware.

So now we have frimwar and farmwear... Is that special firmware for farmers?
Sure... I think it's a very good idea to load digital camera firmware in a Canon multifunctional...
Always thought that Frimwar was creative but Farmwear is a complete new dimension........

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
