I`ve already replaced magenta cartridge for a new one. Nothing changed. I attache a sample of the faulty image.

Does anybody know something about this failure??
-------------------------------;
Magenta background over the entire page.
The problem may be caused by a missing connection to the HVT PCB.
On this machine the drum unit has 2 contact points that receive charges on the left side. There is small square silver contact and a rectangular copper contact. They are visible in the image below. If there is no connection with the copper contact the unit will give a light background over the entire page including the blank area.
The background will be the color of the drum that is missing the connection.
The two drum contacts come in contact with spring loaded contact wires in the machine. They are visible in the image below. To check them, turn off the machine and unplug it, next check if the wire contacts are spring loaded and make sure they are not bent or deformed. Compare them with another set in the machine.
The back side of the spring pins in the image above in turn contact the HVT PCB.
The coiled springs on the image below make contact with the HVT PCB.
In this case the lower left spring was knocked out of place by a technician when he reinstalled the HVT PCB.
The spring was in place and visible on the inside of the machine but yet was not making contact with the contact point on the HVT PCB. The tech rechecked the previous techs work and found the coil spring not in it's correct position. The problem was resolved by simply reinstalling the contact spring into the correct position and then carefully reinstalling the HVT. Trouble shooting was difficult because the contact spring was visible and in place on the inside of the machine but not in the correct position under the HVT PCB.

Thanks. I'll check it.
I`ve checked those springs but everything is ok. I've changed the HVT PCB assembly and ETB unit but nothing new happened. I don't know what's the problem. Please someone who knows about this failure.
Thanks a million!!
