No TekCat,
But I will try those 2 tests now.
I did make a single copy earlier with no crease/ wrinkling, but that may have been an anomaly
Be back with an update in a bit.

Latest Update
After trying what TekCat suggested:
With a Plain blank I made 5 copies fine, then reset counter 10 to and the first page was wrinkled, no others in that lot.
then I tried enlarging made 3 copies going from 8.5 * 11 to 11 * 17 no wrinkling. (enlargement was @ 115%
switched back to 8.5 * 11 for paper and first page was wrinkled.
So what else need I check, (should I just get a piece of C-4 and take care of it LOL)
I also took the ITB out and checked to make sure it was not skewed or pulling to 1 side or the other, as far as I could tell it was normal and running true to tracking.
Thanks again for all the assistance and help.

The paper you are using, does it meet the specifications? Check conditions of paper such as the moisture content. Try to use paper from a fresh wrapper. Don't forget to shuffle the papers before loading onto the cassette.
Hi Dag,
The users tried new paper yesterday, the paper is what we have been using since we have been using it.
Thanks dag.
new ream of LETTER sounds like a solution test--
is this what u did ____
when u place 11x17 on glass and run a Reduction to Letter paper do u get wrinkles ??
when u place a business card on glass and run Enlargement to Letter paper do u get wrinkles ??
this is testing correct speed path to fixing

Actually Tek,
I took an 8.5 * 11 and enlarged it to 115% onto 11 * 17 paper & 8.5 * 11 paper.
Didn't get wrinkles on 11 * 17 but did on 8.5 * 11.
Never did reduction test, since it was wrinkling on the enlargement test. figured it would do it that way also.

Last Update until MOnday.
Went into Service mode and ran NIP-CHK, gave NG! message on screen.
Have already ordered Pressure Roller, and Fixing Inlet Guide.
Anything Else I might need to try?
Thanks again, your assistance is truly appreciated.

No---u probably have done this below-
Check the fixing entry guide for toner build up and check the fixing NIP for even pressure.
If these are normal, check the guide plate in the Shutter Assembly for toner build up. If present, remove the toner or replace the shutter assembly: FM3-5952-000.
