DR-9050c Clicking noise when feeding paper

Hello I have a Canon imageFORMULA DR-9050C that makes a clicking or bottoming out sound from one of the rollers that goes up and down. I think a spring could be stretched. My other 2 DR-9050C do not sound like this. Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Verify the driving gear of the separation motor. If it is worn, replace it. Ref : MH7-1165-000. Otherwise, use the service mode tool to test the motors individually.
