How to Enable Default Secure Print option in iR-Adv 4035

one of my customer require default secure print option. his requirement is whenever he gives print command it should be secure print only. i have set secure print option in settings > Printer & Faxes > iR4035 Adv > Preferences. but still whenever he prints from word2007 or excel2007 it gets printed but not securely. so my question is how to set secure print option from all windows application?

Note - I have installed latest canon driver 20.90 version.

Any suggestions?
