Canon IR C2550 has error E000811-0000

Just replaced the drums on a C2550, started up the copier and after warm-up got a E000811-0000 code.Says to hit shutdown button, turn off, restart and it may go away. It does not, time after time keeps coming up with the E000811-0000 error. What does this mean and how do you fix it?Thanks

E811-0000 is Displayed After Replacing a Drum

After reinstalling the original drum the error did not clear.
In this case, the contacts that short the fuse were not touching the drum, after reforming the contacts the error cleared.

Below is a picture of the contacts and the fuse on the drum.

Checked all contacts and they are good. Started troubleshooting individual drums and found that the magenta drum was bad; once isolated, gives a E000020-0011 code.

E020-0011 for Magenta>can be displayed when the patch level is higher than the upper limit of the target although it is set as the minimum in initializing
    1. Check to see if the ATR shutter comes off; if so, re-fit it.

    2. Wipe the ATR sensor window with a damp cotton cloth.

    3. If the symptom still occurs, replace the ATR sensor with a new one.

Do you have any pics/graphics of the ATR shutter/sensor? Where is it located?

    1) Turn the developing assembly rotary by hand so that the Bk toner cartridge is in position of replacement.
    2) Remove the screw , and detach the waste toner unit retainer and the ITB waste toner unit ; then, remove the 2 screws , and
detach the inside cover (middle) .
    3) Remove the 2 screws, and detach the inside cover (left) .
    4) Disconnect the 2 connectors
