Just placed one in a customer office the other day. She says all prints, faxes and reports are printing two sided. Had her go in to add function... Printer settings... And 2 sided is off..... I've never had one do this and not sure where to change it... Anyone? Urgent. Her checks are printing two sided and if course that dont work...i noticed when I test print ted it dis two sided but didn't notice the fax. Thought it was her program... Evidently not.... Help!

almost all new print drivers being released are defaulting to 2-sided printing out of the box. You have to go in and set the driver to default to single sided.

    Re: Ir1025

    Thanks for the info:
I have resolved the printing on two sided. I installed Canon's UFRII Driver from their site on my PC here at the shop. I opened the driver and went to preferences. Guess what...FYI to all....the driver defaults to 2 sided printing. Called the customer and theirs was set that way also. Had her change the preference to 1 sided and it stopped duplexing off course. Driver fault.

The fax part I will have her check.

    Thanks!
