1101 when using the Inner Finisher-A1

1101 when using Stapler Finisher C1 (try changing the following setting:
SETTINGS / REGISTRATION > FUNCTION SETTINGS > PRINTER > PRINTER SETTINGS > PAPER FEED > PAPER SIZE OVERRIDE and set it to ON.)

Has the finisher and machine software been updated and the new style gripper installed
