what work ? if any were u doing before e069 code

Check your transfer separation corona assembly.

E069 may be caused by a faulty 10K Ohm resisitor located in the Transfer Corona HVT Cable.
An Ohm check of the Transfer Corona HVT cable should result in a 10K +/-5% Ohm value, if over limit value or Ohm value outside of +/-5% is is read by meter then resistor has failed. Replacement of Drum Duct HV Connector Assembly (found in figure 106 of the imageRUNNER 7105 Parts Catalog) resolved the E069 code.

Location of 10K Ohm is shown below.

The upper fuser Roller is connected to the transfer current too via a cable and a sliding contact at the backside of the fusing unit. Check if they are ok and not shorten out, also check the isolation bushings of the upper fuser roller or you will get an E69 too.

You may need to check fixing assy first before you go far inside to Transfer Corona HVT Cable. The attachment might help you.

    Hi,

Replace the transfer corona assembly. It is, probably, arcing.
