Ir-9070 lead edge wash out.

Lead edge wash out.., this happens on single an double sided copies.
I now this is a common problem on many high volume canons; clean the tr sep corona and problem resolved
Well on this particular machine the problem keeps coming back
Cleaned the dev drive clutches and also replaced the tr sep corona but after awhile problem comes back
Have a ir-7200 next to the Ir-7090 with 10 million plus copies and prints made, and never had this problem.
Strange thing is; when i run short edge feed the problem doesn't show all the copies come out perfect.

Lead Edge Void

Poor separation of all paper after moving from under the drum can cause this/
Have u observed this to check

Poor separation and Lead Edge Voids could be a faulty Potential Sensor.
This is diagnosis by turning off Potential Control and the Separation of paper from the Drum should Improved.

Replace the Potential Sensor and Potential Sensor PCB if needed
