Canon iR 3220 Duplex Jam Code 010A
I am experiencing a jam when duplex printing/copying on a Canon iR 3220. The jam code is 010A, which I think leads to sensor ps21. How do I go about repairing this?
Thanks!

Re: Canon iR 3220 Duplex Jam Code 010A
The connector for Duplex Motor M26 had worked its way out of the motor and was just hanging below the motor. Or the motor is dying and the steps are worn.
or
Duplex Driver PCB FG6-9671-000 (cut the tie wraps first to see)
or
Fuse PCB (FG3-3020-000); check J68 to verify the presence of 24v and FU26 for an open fuse.
or
Check to make sure that the Mylar Guide located in the Delivery Door is firmly in place and shows no damage. If the Mylar is bent or out of position intermittent jamming will occur when duplexing.
Replacement Part number is FL2-5797-000.
or
This code points to a faulty PS21 (Two-sided registration jam) check PS21. Check for a 5v signal at connector J442a pin 33 off of the Dupex Driver P.C.B., if the signal changes state suspect a faulty Duplex Driver P.C.B., if the 5 v signal does not change state suspect a faulty PS21 sensor.
The part number for the Duplex Driver P.C.B. is FG6-9665-000
The part number for PS21 Sensor is FH7-7217-000.
Sorry I know it's a lot but I've seen a lot of things cause these codes

Re: Canon iR 3220 Duplex Jam Code 010A
If the paper jams directly under the fuser, check the black plastic duplexer guide (about 4" wide x 13" long)directly below the fuser. As they get old, they warp from the heat of the fuser. The old style ones are all plastic and the newer updated ones have a metal backing plate to help prevent warping. They can also crumble to pieces when you remove them because they get so brittle.
