    slow down------------

u have two options to put in your IP ADDRESS

    - answer these
-do u have an external box (Fiery imagePass)Network Printer Unit H1) or a ColorPASS-GX100 connected to back of Printer
if yes -First your Fiery needs to be set>> to "3"
    1. Enter Service mode (Additional Functions key> 2 and 8 keys together > Additional Functions key).
    2. Select Copier > Option > Int-Face > IMG-CONT> "3"when set> u can input your settings under PRINTER TAB on top of control panel --->

    if no -
the Printer needs to be set >>to "0"
    1. Enter Service mode (Additional Functions key> 2 and 8 keys together > Additional Functions key).
    2. Select Copier > Option > Int-Face > IMG-CONT>
"0"when set>u put your settings under> press > ADDITIONAL functions key> then System Settings

forget about Host Option for now
Printing from a PC via a USB cable can only be used when the Canon Multi-PDL Printer Kit is installed. //U have a H1 Fiery & not a Print Kit-------

    Copier > Option > Int-Face > IMG-CONT> must be set to"3" for Fiery to Function./
also the Default Password for set up when prompted is Fiery.1 (do not use anything else)

OK !!= a Canon Inc Fiery x3im 4vx5 aa Printer Controller that's an H1 FIERY
    PS (PostScript)
    Controller------

    ?- who installed this Fiery--
?- did u check the cable setup from Fiery to Printer//CHECK THE SOURCE OF THE POWER BEHIND THE PRINT SERVER MAIN UNIT AND CABLE CONNECTIONS-

Your Network settings can only be set up under the PRINTER TAB
    ================================================== =========================
