    canon ir2520 not recognising correct original size on glass

    Hi

    We currently are experiencing a fault wit a canon ir2520.
    The customer sets an a4 document on the glass and the copier thinks its a3.
    It works fine from the document feeder, the office is clean so we rule out the sensors under the glass needing cleaning.
    Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

    Height of the feeder is off.
