    Rachid.
The drum is rotating, i even made a mark on the front edge of the cylinder with a marker pen in order to make a proper observation of its rotation. The developing cylinder is locking\engaging very well with the drum unit.

Solutions update. Well, what else can i say? Complex problems, Simple solutions! I got the door specs sheet and decided to reset all the values to initial factory settings, and the machine is now spitting out very clean copies. But before the adjustments or resets, the values i found in the machine were totally weird! Completely so out of specifications that i couldn't figure out exactly how the values went so 'berserk' out of tolerance limits.
Thank you all guys for your support.

Had it happen once. That's why I suggested it. It actually did it twice. Machine no longer in the field so I don't know why it did it. Happy ending

I've always been fairly cautious about making adjustments in service mode. For example, writing down the initial values so it can be restored to original settings if needed. Not everyone is this cautious. Back when the machines had VR's, there was at least one tech that had to tweak every VR, whether he knew what it was for or not. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Fortunately that machine probably had its birth certificate under the cover inside the door.

Oh yes, it had its birth certified dated 01/29/2002, under the cover inside the door. The cover was secured with a screw. The machine has done well over 600k copies.
