problem ip 7000 VP E0062-0100

can you help me with a problem with one imagePRESS 700VP, has left the code E0062-0100, previously was with code E0020-0281 (for this problem I have changed the drum, blade and primary corona) then came the code E0062-0100, I reviewed what sends the manual but nothing is blocked the machine and COPIER / ANALOG / temperature of 04 `s brand drum -58 º C
please any help for this problem

Have you mounted on the process unit cover real?. if not set correctly, causing an E062 error.

I have the same problem, all temperatures ( Y/C/M/Bk) are -58 º C.

Hi,
I think the the process unit cover (the large cover in front of the process units) is not mounted well.
In particular the contact on the far right has a poor contact and is causing a E062.
