-check connector J1134 on the DC Controller and make sure it is properly connected.
-check the laser shutter operation.

1-Laser Unit is not seated properly, this will cause an error code E061-0005
When installing the laser assembly make sure the bottom positioning pins on the laser unit are positioned properly. The pins must fit into the slots in the machine frame.

2-Check to see if the drum is not turning.
If the drum does not turn properly, the potential control sensor does not sense voltage and E061 errors occur. If the drum is not turning, remove and check the retaining screw securing the drum shaft. If the screw is broken, use another screw long enough to secure the shaft on the opposite side from where the broken screw is (note: the threads run all the way across the shaft).

3-Check to see if the Pre-Conditioning lamps are turning on. These can be checked in Service Mode using the following: COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > PRE-EXP. If the Pre-Conditioning Lamps are not coming on upon activation.
