    i see these jobs on my printer ,, not on pc or laptop ,, i've more than 5000 i think that's the problem ,, and i have to remove them to become sur

    i printed many of them by pc
    others : in local printing of the machine "without a PC or laptop", cmyk print test, rgb, and the configuration page ,,, before when I print local test machine, it was ok, but now the printed
    pages are encrypted and unreadable , and when i print from the pc ,, the machine's stop and restart

    Additional Functions>System Settings>Restrict Printer Jobs.
    Check This setting ?
    Make sure it is set to OFF.
    After setting it to off, print jobs should again printing

    Did u ry a MN-CON CLEAR in service mode ?
    Or------>
    Perform an MMI Clear ----To clear MMI, perform the following steps. Service Mode > Function > Clear >MMI

    *Note Be sure to run a User Data Report before performing a MMI clear, because the IP address will be cleared out during this operation.

    Additional Functions > Common Settings > Standard Local Print Settings > Erase Document After Printing > set to "ON"

    go for it/

    u did not say that the print jobs were stuck in PRINTING QUE MENU on your PC
    Believe U said they were listed in 5185 printer menu screen ?/ could be wrong interpreting your post

    JOBS stuck on a PC's DEFAULT PRINTERS QUE > is different than Jobs shown on 5185 Control Panel PRINT MENU

    1-were these scans to a PC ?
    2-Network PC prints from PC ?
    3-Scans to e-mail recipients ?
