I've got a machine with a similar issue that we are now at the point of getting canon to come have a look.
have you changed the patch sensor?
have you checked to make sure the patch is appearing correctly on the ITB during warmup? (remove the delivery tray cover and power up the machine, view the patches on the front side of the machine where the K patch is generated).
if the patch is fine but it errors replaced the patch sensor.

Did u Perform a REG-CLR in Service Mode, and then running a Auto Correct Color Mismatch & Full Auto gradation to try and correct the Color Registration issue.

E020-0360 refers to the ATR patch failing to be created correctly or a patch sensor error.
Try replacing the black toner bottle OEM
Make sure the contact for the black developer is NOT bent, this causes a poor connection between the black developer and the DC controller. The part number for the contact is FM3-8111-000. See the following photo of the damaged developer contact.

As GohKahWai had mentioned earlier, we had replace the new NPG-52 BK Drum, the new Toner Feed & cleaning & servicing everything. But the best result is only last a few thousand copies. The affected machine serial is FAN13099. Here I also attach a sample of the PG10.
Yes, it's look like the Black is starved. As we double check the Toner Feed, there are toner inside. So today, GohKahWai also replace the Patch Registration Sensor together with the BK Drum. The sad parts is the same problem again. The black began to turn out blur. As the reading is Display>Dens>Dens-K> -0.20%. This is the 3rd unit, we facing the same fault.
The first unit we had replace everything as following from the service manual & additional with the Main Controller PCB but still cannot solve the failure. The second unit is just parked in our workshop.
