    Try swapping laser assembly. Have seen issues caused by bad lasers on these units

    Yes, sir!! The Laser Unit also new!! But fault still persist

    Ram already been clear & the newest firmware apply also. Waiting for Canon to issue a new firmware for this issue!!

    had this myself.

    turned out to be the laser shutter mechanism wasn't playing ball correctly.

    take out the main drive and re-set it and check the opperation of the laser shutter mechanism.
