Angry Canon ImageRunner C3480 - Paper Jams - All Trays

    Hi Everyone,

I have a Canon IR C3480 that jams from all cassettes. When it jams the lead margin has dropped an inch or so. The image that is being transferred to the paper starts an inch or so from the lead edge. It seems to be a registration issue. Maybe a clutch? Any help is much appreciated!!!

Yes sounds like a registration issue, you say it jams on all trays, manual feed the same?
Is the reg flag free & not sticking?
What is the jam code? This may give you a clue.

The jam code is 0206. Have replaced right door assembly and fuser with no luck. Thanks!

PS14, clutch and finally dcon. You've got a stationary jam in the fuser I'm assuming? The leading edge swaying is pointing at the clutch though. You can check the sensor in part-chk in service mode.
