Have an IR5055 that is dropping toner near the mouth of the developer unit, right on the edge. So far we've replaced the toner sensor but it is still happening. Customer runs approx 200k year. Any ideas?

Haven't been doing this long but it could possibly be a bad toner cartridge.
When you remove the dev there's a black plastic piece that slides over the hole. It usually has this foam on it that makes sure toner doesn't fall over the top of the developing assembly.
The top of the dev unit is pretty clean, the toner is actually sitting more on the end where the toner sensor is. Since the sensor has that foam piece we thought that was the problem so we replaced it but evidentally not. This has been happening for awhile and we have gone through several toner cartridges, all OEM, so that shouldn't be the problem either. Any more ideas?
So it's on top of the dev or the inside of the dev is pushing more toner to the side where tn1 is?
