    E121-001 (IR6570)

I have a IR6570 and when I turn on the machine it shows the code E000121-001, have changed the FM4 fan controller and still the same problem. When I check the voltage on the cable 10V FM4 time comes and she calls and suddenly she gets 0V and display code. Have disconnected J108 and nothing help me.

    Fan has 2-speed control (voltage) (24/12 V)

    controller cooling fan
cools the laser unit, developing block drive block, and controller

    u can't disconnect J108=ERROR CODE will pop

trace V back to supply source/DC power supply
also> make sure your front door switch is working

    click on pic

I put the DC Controller this machine that has the code on another machine, and the code presented in another machine also.

    Will DC CONTROLLER.

    ---------
If dc pcb shows issue in another same model,
means / the signal for fan on is poor.

Did u swap the working dcpcb to problem printer ?

I never do that, would be more appropriate, since it already testing the fan and even this ok?

what about the FM4 fan ?
Did u Check the connector for any fault in connection.?
Did u check voltage supply ?

as noted above that Fan is a two stage voltage (24/12 V) unit

    Re: E121-001 (IR6570)

I have the same problem and was wondering if one of the resistor fuses on the dc controller could be bad? I cant find a dc controller circuit diagram in the service manual. Does anyone know what the fuses FU1 to FU20 on the dc controller are for I know one of them is for the hopper motor i had changed before. Im looking if one might be for the fan #4.
