Canon iR Advance C5035i Print Fading Problem

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have attached two print outs of 100% Yellow and 100% Magenta.
Please note the attached print outs colours are weaker than they actually are on screen, in otherwards
in the attached files the centre of the yellow print out looks orange while in real life the print out that was
scanned is just a darker shade of yellow.

The YELLOW is running very rich horizontally through the centre, while the MAGENTA is faded towards the lower
horizontal end. The CYAN and BLACK print outs are perfect.

Parts which were replaced and can be ruled out:
    i) Registration Patch Sensor
    ii) ITB Belt
    iii) Toner Drums
    iv) 2 New Laser Drums

    I have tried running:
    1) Colour mismatch
    2) Auto Adjust Gradation
    3) INIT ITB (Service Mode Level 1)
    4) Laser Skew Adjustments
    5) Machine is completely level and within the ITB POS tolerance range

    Thank you all in advance

    1) The machine's environment is perfect, humidity, temperature etc.
    2) No
    3) Happens on thin and heavy paper and all weights
    4) No.
    5) No.
    6) No. But as I said the ITB and the 4 Drums are new, so these suggestions are not really valid.

there is no perfect environment ( unless u/customer had a special print room built that monitors conditions with expensive equipment)

    They are all VALID
/ especially about ORIGINAL CANON PRODUCTS =OEM

New means nothing in the world of printers> especially with Canon/

Inspection during the copy process is a procedure needed to troubleshoot a problem?
it's called isolation & possible discovery of the problem at hand /

If u expect a Miracle solution here> without some effort on your part> u are in wrong forum
    ================================================== =========

    TIP:
The secondary transfer roller holders causes many fade issues in this series.

The environment is carefully controlled and has not changed (temperature, humidity, power voltages etc) from when the problem started and at the beginning when it wasn't a problem. Please be fair and respectful, I didn't disrespect you but you have disrespected me in saying "If you expect a miracle etc".
    I don't and that's unfair of you.

I am simply keeping to the facts and have already tried many options and looking for fresh ideas, I have already spent hours trying to isolate the problem, I haven't just uploaded my problem and sitting back now. I appreciate forums like this and I don't intend on wasting any persons time here.

I have checked all rollers, ITB assembly, bearing, transfer arms, bushings etc, they all check out fine. Everything is sitting correctly, this problem gradually occurred hence the difficulty narrowing the cause down.

Please note: Cyan and Black print perfectly.

Hopefully someone has experienced a similar problem and can help.

Parts u replaced have nothing to do with your issue.

That is why I talk about procedure to isolate the situation.
U have not answered ? if issue is before transfer or after transfer.

I respect all posted issues, from techs ,& key operators.
I have been a tech, teacher,& troubleshoter on Color Canon products for over 25 yrs.

    Transfer inspection question isolates issue.

    Peace

What is common to yellow and magenta? Laser. Remove laser assembly, remove cover and clean the polygon mirror assembly. The edges get dirty and cause light area on edge

Hi i would do a PG 10 and PG 16 Test pages and if you can see it on them then it should be the Lasers.

Canuck is right on this one. Yellow/Magenta laser assy should be removed and disassembled and the polygon mirror should be inspected for dust buildup. Very common issue on these machines. See attached picture. The arrows indicate the dirty areas on the polygon mirror assy. Make sure to clean the surface of EACH of the 6 facets. Keep in mind that this can also occur in the Black/Cyan Assy.
