Copier makes copies just fine, but when they send a print from their computers it jams going into the finisher. It looks as if it is feeding above the path leading into the finisher??

Internal or external finisher? (I would guess its external)
Jam codes please..
When you think you have made a procedure idiot proof your company employs a better idiot.
Check your exit sensor flag or a gate that is stuck (on the copier) before it goes into the finisher. I think you are working with the internal finisher S1, if so then does it have the additional finisher tray-B1? It sounds like the paper is trying to take the path for the (optional on the finisher S1) additional tray B1 finisher.
Thanks for the replies. This was the internal finisher. We had their IT people load a new driver, the old driver didn't even list finisher options. Not sure if this was the exact fix, but after we deleted print queue and loaded new driver it is working fine now.
