    Question Canon IR 1025N Developer Unit is not Loading toner

    CAnon IR 1025n i replaced the old developer unit an put in a new Developer unit but it always seems to say Load new toner i tried closing an opening the door so the toner can load into the unit also turning the power on an off Cant seems to help me in no way plz help me in anyway possible

    First check that white wire from 2nd picture is making propper contact,that wire connects the Antena Rod inside Developing Unit who measure the presence of toner inside.
    Give a good vac to that unit,looks dirty.
    Defects are simple, our mind is complicated

    hi...please would you check the toner cart is it genuine? the antenna rod is it in contact?the HV pcb replace or adjust

    poor contact between the Antenna rod, ( this is the device that detects the presence of toner in the developer), and the HVT PCB.
    There is a series of contact points to check.
    In the image below check the contacts points on both ends of the white wire.

    **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
