IRC 3200 Error code E4-0002, E751-1304 and E12-002

Hi
I have an IRC 3200 shows many error code in the same day, starts with E004-0002 and jaming in the exit, then when remove the jam and restart again, it shows E751-1304,
after turn off and on again it shows E12-002.

please I need your advise about these problems

E004 0002
Remove the Delivery Vertical Path Unit on the left side of the machine. You will see a photo sensor PS5 Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Close Sensor sandwiched between two micro-sensors that actuate when closing the Fixing Feeder Unit. Clean that photo sensor as it fills up with dirt and dust.
The waste toner can migrate from the ITB Cleaning Assembly through openings in the frame into this sensor.

check the micro-switches as shown in pic/ must actuate at same time when u close unit

The connection of the drum unit /toner container is faulty.

check your BLACK UNITS

The mark x indicates color [Y=1, M=2, C=3, K=4].

000x The connection of the drum unit (at the printer side) is faulty.
100x The connection of the toner container (at the printer side) is faulty.
010x Built-in memory writing error in the drum unit.
110x Built-in memory writing error in the toner container.
020x Built-in memory data error in the drum unit.
120x Built-in memory data error in the toner container.
030x Built-in memory writing error in the drum unit (When the number of retry exceeds the
specified value)
130x Built-in memory writing error in the toner container (When the number of retry exceeds the specified value).
