hi
i have problem with copier canon IR2200
when i take 2 side job .... the first side pass good .... when it turn over to take second side
it jamed after paper edge pass the drum , means it dosn't go through the fixing heater

giving jame code 0112

i change the transfer roller and estatic charger

please help

by the way there isn't any problem in this copier except this
am waiting your advise

Hi,

you can try to set up the paper size in A4R. IF there are humidity paper problems it will work....

right now it's not avaliable
but it jamed between drum and fixing heater
and i found it folded
i hope you are understand me

I still think of it is humidity in the paper


(minute 4 and 25 seconds)

In this video you can see the paper in a4 is a little folded it could be a problem in double side mode, but In A4R mode the paper is without folded.

you can enter the Service Mode. (Press "*" first, and "2"
and "8" at the same time, and then "*.")

First you can try to adjust.....COPIER>OPTION>BODY>HUM-SW(0) to 1 (fixed mode to high humidity) and turn off and turn on the machine.

If the paper still jams you also could try to adjust......COPIER>OPTION>BODY>FIX-TEMP(0) TO 1 (place priority on productivity; keep control temperature constant: -10 °C). and turn off and turn on the machine

If it still jams you could change COPIER>OPTION>BODY>FIX-TEMP(1) TO 7 (
Control temperature constant at +15deg C) and turn off and turn on the machine.

It must be said that A4R size paper should not jam (without adjust).
