IR4570 finisher paper holder counter setting

I have 2 IR4570. The first machine. I count 10 sheet in process tray after that it push paper to stack tray. The second, I count 30 sheet. the problem is in 30 sheet. Some paper curve push previous paper out of tray.
I want to set amount of paper before push to stack tray. How to set counter?

Stack Trays may be warped.
replace the upper 4A3-1070-000 and the lower 4A3-1069-00 Dummy Pass trays.
