Anybody know what he is meaning? I'm not for sure. Sounds like he is wanting to print using an HPLJ5 Driver???
Message:
I’ve been working with my guys and discovered that the Canon printers do not play well with our Jack Henry Streamline application that is used for Loans. Long story short, the Jack Henry/IBM iSeries likes anything that can use a HPLJ5 or generic driver and apparently the Canon’s do not. Is it possible for you to test at your site and see if this printer will format a job properly with a HPLJ5 driver? If it will not, can we look at another brand?
Let me know and sorry about this.
