If you put pressure on the lower right door and then copy does it jam?

Have the door modifications been done?

    FM3-1296 Right Lower Door assembly
    FM3-1297 Right Inner Door assembly

Are the vertical path rollers black in colour?
    The grey ones work better

    FB6-4852-000 ROLLER, VERTICAL PATH

Are the registration and pre registration sensors worn?
Newer ones have a metal edge to help with wear.
When you think you have made a procedure idiot proof your company employs a better idiot.

This sensor is above the grey roller on the pickup assembly is it worn? you could put an extra wrap on the spring

Replace P/up, Feed & Sep Rollers , Clean T/sport Rollers, remove small black Rubber Flapper Buffers in R/H door (if tacky), replace foam rubber strip on Lower Door, if Reg/Prereg plastic Sensor Flag is worn - cut a piece of Mylar to shape of Flag & fix with double sided tape.
