Canon IR C1021i unable to continue full auto gradation

    Dear All,

Need help. Canon IR C1021i unable to continue full auto gradation. at first cannot continue because machine showing all cartridges are need to change due to quality are poor. So I replace all 4 pcs. drum cartridges but when I am going to use full auto grad. the first print was cannot detect the color. it says "replace again the test print 1 on the scanner ". is there anyway I can go through for auto gradation, because the print quality is too light. Thanks in adavance.
