Have you tried using the laser cleaning wand that's in fitted in the front door
Up may need to slide it in and out of the black laser
Always works for me
by the looks of your PG5 you didn't turn off any of the colours.
go back and do them again only remember to set each colour off (K,C,Y,M from 1>0) then turn one on at a time and check the PG5 print of each colour.
assuming that all are ok individually, start with black, and layer one colour on top each time until problem resurfaces (to be honest if each comes out ok I'd be very supprised)
you looking at either drum, dev, laser or transfer rollers under the ITB for this one, always worth taking the ITB out and having a check of the rollers status underneath the ITB, just remember to be careful with the belt iteself as it's fragile, make sure those rollers are clean and uncracked and also make sure the actuation of the springs works corretly as sometimes they can break or slip so they don't engadge properly
remove both lasers , take the top off both and clean the polygon mirror with lint free cloth, also underside of the laser, be careful to get them back in correctly and have you removed the tub belt and cleaned the rollers ( not charge ) as a good clean in here is advisable, if it persists change the 4 transfer rollers and a new belt, be careful not to twist the tbu frame or the belt will drift to the back/ also don't let is drop as you get a warning to STOP before it hits the floor.
cheers
