    IRC2380 Poor Black Solids

Got an issue with an irc2380, basically the black prints are feint, I have attached a PG10 sample, the blacks looks gray, YMC all have perfect solids.
So far I have replaced the black drum & ITB, cleaned the laser glass (thoughly) & cleaned all contacts, this initally improved but the issue soon returned.
The DENS level is fine so I don't feel it's a lack of toner issue, any ideas!?

Saludos. ¿Que valor tiene el contador del tambor 100%, ya has cambiado el tambor?. Si ya lo has hecho debes de limpiar los cristales del laser con algodon.

Greetings. What is the value of 100% drum counter, you've changed the drum ?. If you did and you must clean the glass laser with cotton.

apologies, I missed it at the start.

well it certainly presents as a drum issue, its not the laser since the others are ok, did you clean the contacts for the drum unit?

also have you tried alternative paper stock? (have had some random issues with poor quality paper in the past).

also perform the autograd and colour mismatch corrections

also, side note, what do the PG5's for each colour look like? are they ok on colours and not on black, any variance in gradation on the colours?
