    To activate the scanner

    Guys I have a canon ir 3300 and I dont have a manual for this model. I am failing to activate the scanner facility so that I can send information to my computer. I have been informed that the scanner, the network printer they use the same board.

    If you have the network print kit on the machine you have scanning as well. Download Canon's network scan gear from the Canon website. Once you download network scan gear you can open it on your PC and begin scanning.

    You will need Universal Send as well if you want to push scan. The print kit only allows pull scanning.
